Reasearch / work
My main research is ecotoxicology and aquatic toxicology. My research has included studies on acute and chronic toxicity in fish and invertebrates caused by pure chemicals (metals, pesticides, complexing agents) as well as by komplex mixtures like wastewaters from industries and treatment plants. I have been involved in standardization of biological methods for determination of water quality in SIS, INSTA and ISO for more than 10 years. Presently I´m working on toxic compounds in sediments, their toxicity and biological availability.
