| I am currently conducting research for my doctoral project on how specialist nurses learn on the job and the conditions that support learning, job satisfaction, and person-centred care in their workplaces. Additionally, I am involved in collaborative projects that explore how doctoral students learn during their education. I have also investigated how patients with diabetes prefer learning to occur during their interactions with healthcare professionals. My interests include learning in various contexts, as well as addressing healthcare issues and inequalities in healthcare and professional practice. |
