The importance of integrating sustainability into strategy and the everyday work in organizations is often stressed. We also know that this is easier said than done. In her PhD project, Linnéa Windahl Strömblad studies how sustainability finds its way into a multinational organization in the field of MedTech, and how it becomes conceptualized and acted upon within the organization.
